Our Classes 

Circuits: a form of body conditioning or resistance training using high-intensity intervals. It targets strength building and muscular endurance. Taken by Alicia Smerdon. 
 
Kettlebell: The kettlebell is a cast-iron weight (resembling a cannonball with a handle) used to perform ballistic exercises that combine cardiovascular, strength and flexibility training. Taken by Tanya. 
 
Airbike: A form of exercise with classes focusing on endurance, strength, speed intervals, High Intensity Interval Training and recovery, it involves using a special stationary exercise bicycle with a weighted flywheel in a classroom setting. Taken by Alicia Smerdon. 
 
HIIT: (High Intensity Interval Training) will include the use of Kettlebells Airbikes and circuit type exercises. Taken by Joel Cockings on Tuesdays & Thursdays with James Earp 
 
Keep Active 50+: Similair to circuit training but with lighter exercises & weights. You work at your own pace and the instructors will work around any illness/injuries that you have. One of the more sociable classes. Taken by Paul Roberts  
 
LADIES CONDITIONING CLASS : High intensity class with a mixture of equipment being used eg barbells, kettlebells, rowers, spin bikes, bodyweight exercises, medball work etc. Taken by Kim Hawke  
 
Met Con :This is a class that will take you through the metabolic pathways. It is a functional class that conditions you over time, for an increase in fitness and performance within the 10 General Physical Skills- CV/Respiratory Endurance, Stamina, Strength, Flexibility, Power, Speed, Coordination, Agility, Balance and Accuracy.
